London & District Occupational Health Nurses Association (LDOHNA)

The LDOHNA is committed to protecting privacy and confidentiality of member personal information of any individual who makes inquiries by e-mail and/or accesses our web page.

In order to comply with privacy legislation, we have developed this Privacy Statement.

LDOHNA provides members only access to password protected areas of the LDOHNA Website.

LDOHNA only collects, uses and discloses personal information for the following purposes:

Development and distribution of a Membership Directory which is shared with paid members of LDOHNA
Development of an e-mail distribution list for purpose of minutes, newsletters and/or time sensitive mail outs which is distributed only to paid members
Statistical purposes on the utilization of our web page (# of hits only)

If personal information is required for any other purpose, the member or individual making an inquiry via e-mail and/or through our web page will be notified and collection, use and disclosure will be subject to the consent of the individual, member and/or vote by the membership.

Consents can be withdrawn by contacting the Membership Secretary (info@ldohna.org) who will ensure that the individual's personal information is no longer used or disclosed by LDOHNA.
